About 21/2 cups, with 16 chicken wings

113 Italian gorgonzola cheese (peeled) 1/4 cup minced onion

1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup sour cream kosher salt (optional)



Squeeze the cheese through a strainer or spilled spoon into a bowl, pour in mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped onion, and black pepper. You can add salt by taste or not (the cheese is already very salty).

These tasks can be completed within 4 hours of barbecue money.
