Beef tenderloin (13~375px length, about 544 grams), 2 cups of Argentine hot sauce with three herbs
1. Pour the three herb Argentine hot sauce into a large enough baking pan.
2. Prepare the beef tenderloin, put the meat slices in the roasting pan with the three herbs Argentine hot sauce, and then turn the meat slices over. Then, cover the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes. Leave the remaining three herb Argentine hot sauce as a dipping sauce.
3. Set up the oven and preheat it to high temperature.
Setting up the oven
1. Set up a charcoal oven. Ignite the charcoal.
2. Use barbecue tongs to flatten the charcoal.
3. Wait for the grill to warm up to high temperature.
Prepare the ingredients
1. Hold the meat with your hands, and then use slender scissors to cut the meat horizontally into quarters.
2. Place a piece of meat in the center of the fresh-keeping bag, and lightly pat the piece of meat with the back of a meat cleaver or a rolling pin to make the piece of meat 0.6 cm thick.
3. Put the meat slices on the roasting pan with the three herbs Argentine hot sauce, and then turn it over.
Grilled food
1. When you start grilling, remove the fish fillets from the marinade and drain them and place them on the hot grilling net (the grilling net for meat and fish is 45°). It takes 2 to 3 minutes for each side of the half-cooked meat. Rotate the meat slices 90° after roasting for one minute to create attractive diamond-shaped grill marks. Use a spoon to put the remaining sauce on the plate, and then add the roast, ready to eat.
2. Other dishes: The above method is also very suitable for roasting pork loin, pork tenderloin, chicken breast and even salmon fillet.
