Prepare ingredients:

1. Remove the excess fat on the lamb loin steak.

2. Prepare pepper powder.

3. Mix the powdered seasoning and sprinkle on the lamb loin, then spread sesame oil, sprinkle with coriander leaves and minced garlic, and finally pat with your hands.

Grilled food:

For half-cooked lamb loin steaks, roast for 4 to 8 minutes on each side. Turn over the lamb loin steaks after 2 minutes to create attractive diamond-shaped grill marks.

Ingredients: 8 pieces of lamb loin steak (each piece is about 5cm thick)

Marinade:

1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder, 3 chopped garlic cloves, 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped, 2 tablespoons Asian black sesame oil

1. Refer to step 1 in preparing the ingredients, cut off the excess fat on the lamb loin spine (you can keep a small amount), and then put the lamb loin spine into the baking tray. Mix the powdered seasoning and sprinkle it on the loin steak, then pat it with your hands.

2. Spread sesame oil, then sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and minced garlic, and pat with your hands to better adhere to the lamb loin steak. Cover the lamb loin steak and marinate in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

3. Set up the oven and preset it to high temperature.

4. When you start grilling, apply oil to the grilling net first. Arrange the lamb loin on the hot grilling net, and roast for 4 to 8 minutes on each side. When testing the proficiency, using a barbecue speed thermometer, the internal temperature of the half-cooked lamb loin steak was 69°C. Rotate the lamb loin steak two minutes later to create attractive diamond-shaped grill marks.

5. Move the lamb loin steak to the plate and let it stand for three minutes, then serve with chilli mint.

About 1 cup

3/4 cup mint jelly, 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar, 2~3 tablespoons Indonesian chili sauce

Put all the spices in a small bowl and mix and stir.
