Grilled chicken wings, with an exclusive recipe!

Chicken wings have more skin and less meat, which is very suitable for grilling. The skin of the grilled chicken wings is crispy and delicious, even the bones are very tasty.


Prepare ingredients:

Put the chicken wings on the bamboo skewers, and then straighten them as much as possible。

Put the chicken wings in a baking tray, pour the marinade on top with a long-handled spoon, cover it and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.




Grilled food:


Bake each side of the chicken wings for 8-12 minutes. When grilling, put tin foil on the bamboo skewers so as not to burn the bamboo skewers.


Entertain 4~8 people:


You need 16 slender (about 30 cm long) bamboo skewer, completely immersed in cold water, and drained after an hour.



Ingredients: 16 whole chicken wings (about 1.6 kg)


Pickle:


1 cup butter 1 teaspoon black pepper 4 chopped garlic cloves Coarse salt 4 chives, green onion and green onion leaves separately chopped 1 Thai chili sauce (Sraracha sauce) or other spicy sauce 3 tablespoons lime juice


Dipping sauce and matching food Gorgonzola cheese sauce (see below), 4 stalks of celery, cut into pieces about 7.5 cm long


1. Rinse the chicken wings with cold water, then soak up the water with a paper towel. Put the chicken wings on the bamboo skewers referring to step 1 in "Preparing the ingredients", and then add them to the baking tray.
2. To make the marinade: Put 3 tablespoons of butter in the pot and roast over medium heat until it melts. Add garlic, shallot and ginger to the pot, heat for about 3 minutes until the aroma overflows, being careful not to burn. Add the remaining whipped butter, hot sauce, lime juice, pepper and salt to taste, then bring the marinade to a boil. Then remove the pot from the fire and cool to room temperature. Pour the marinade on the chicken wings, turning the chicken wings while pouring to distribute the marinade evenly. Cover the chicken wings and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
3. Set up the oven and preheat it to high temperature. When you start grilling, drain the chicken wings and leave the marinade (use a baking spatula to scrape the marinade from the chicken wings). Pour the marinade into a pot and heat it up and boil for 3 minutes. Place the chicken wings on the hot grill and bake for 8-12 minutes on each side. After the chicken wings are baked, the chicken skin will be golden brown.。
4. Transfer the chicken wings to the baking tray, pour the boiled marinade on the chicken wings, and sprinkle with green onion leaves. It can be eaten with gorgonzola cheese sauce and celery.
